Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 24, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information required to operate the service, including account usernames, password hashes, project names, license records, API key metadata, audit-like usage information attached to licenses, and technical request data necessary for security and availability.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate operator access, secure API endpoints, maintain license validation workflows, support customer operations, investigate abuse, and improve system reliability and product quality.
3. Customer-controlled metadata
Metadata fields configured by operators may contain business or personal data. You control the content of those fields and are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of such data is lawful, proportionate, and disclosed to affected individuals where required.
4. Authentication and security
Passwords are stored as hashes, not in plaintext. We also use JWT-based authentication and may store records related to API key issuance, last use timestamps, and project access scope for operational security.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us host or secure the platform, or when required by law, legal process, or valid government request. We may also disclose information to protect rights, property, safety, or service integrity.
6. Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.
7. Your choices
You may update your username, rotate API keys, and change your password from the operator workspace. If you want data deleted beyond what the product permits directly, contact the service operator for case-by-case review.
8. International processing
Depending on hosting and infrastructure providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect data when it is transferred or processed across jurisdictions.
9. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice inside the product or related communication channels.
